Door Host

Door Hosts warmly welcome our Guests upon arrival and manage the timely and efficient seating process for the restaurant.

Server

Our Servers fulfill and exceed our Guests’ expectations by providing exceptional service. Our knowledgeable, well-trained Servers make menu recommendations, anticipate needs and provide a dining experience that will encourage our Guests to dine with us again and again.

Busser

Bussers are a vital part of the team, working to deliver excellent service. They work with the Door Hosts, Servers, Bartenders and Management to maintain our restaurants and contribute to the Guests’ experience by creating an inviting dining atmosphere.

Cook

Our Cooks are trained to follow Pappas recipes and procedures in order to consistently deliver outstanding food to our Guests. They work with the freshest ingredients and cutting-edge technology to prepare made from scratch favorites and exciting new menu features.

Dishwasher

At Pappas we are passionate about providing friendly and attentive service from the minute our Guests arrive. Dishwashers play an important role in ensuring that all the tools needed to deliver a memorable dining experience are clean, polished and ready to go.

How to Apply

Each restaurant's staffing needs may change from week to week, so come in or call to inquire about our openings. Use our store locator to find the restaurant nearest you, then drop by with your completed application or fill one out on-site. Most restaurants conduct interviews on weekday afternoons. There is a 2-part interview process – first with a member of the Management team and then with the General Manager. We'd love to speak to you about opportunities with Pappas!
