Scott Gould, Director

Scott Gould, Director

Scott Gould is the Director of BOND, Bill Harlan’s portfolio of wines that are diverse in their geographic representation and “Grand Cru” in quality, all under the umbrella of one philosophy, one team, and one mark. Sourced from select hillside estates, the Cabernet Sauvignon-based wines of BOND vividly demonstrate the range Napa Valley’s finest terroirs.

Prior to BOND, Gould worked for Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group at the company’s flagship steakhouse in Manhattan, assuming the helm of the energetic dining room as General Manager. Before entering the hospitality industry, Gould worked in the financial securities industry for Garban ICAP and CIBC Oppenheimer trading emerging markets debt. After the events of September 11, 2001 he followed his heart to the hospitality industry. A University of Florida graduate who grew up in suburban Detroit, Gould is an avid runner who loves to cook in his personal time. Additionally, he is a longtime supporter of the organization Building Homes for Heroes, which supports affordable housing for America’s retired military personnel. He and his wife Niccole live in St. Helena, California.

Wine enthusiasts will not want to miss the most the iconic wine dinner that Pappas Bros is hosting for 2017. In the late 1990's Bill Harlan, after founding the esteemed winery Harlan Estate, envisioned a vineyard project that showcased the diverse soils of Napa Valley. The BOND project is a collection of wines from Napa's five "Grand Crus." Director Scott Gould will present wines from all these sites in several vintages paired perfectly with Pappas Bros' world class cuisine. Space will be extremely limited. Reserve your seat today.
