Bordeaux is arguably the most renowned and collected wine region in the modern world. Iconic chateaux have mesmerized wine drinkers and collectors for centuries including historic figures such as Thomas Jefferson. The bold and beautiful red wine is a natural pairing with our classic steakhouse fare and you'll have the opportunity to taste through the diversity of the region. Learn the differences between the individual communes and soil types - or between producers and vintages. While Cabernet and Merlot dominate the red wines, the Houston Galleria wine team will also show a few of their favorite white and sweet wines as well.
