In a first-of-its-kind collaboration, Texas’ inaugural Michelin Sommelier Award Winner and Master Sommelier, Steven McDonald, has curated extraordinary wine pairings to accompany an exclusive live performance of Antonín Dvořák's String Quintet No. 2 in G major, Op. 77.

To further elevate this remarkable evening, Steven and the culinary team have crafted the dinner menu and wine pairings to complement each individual movement, making this night a true celebration of gastronomic and musical artistry.

Five acclaimed Symphony Musicians will bring Dvořák’s masterpiece to life, performing all four movements:

1.      Allegro con fuoco

2.      Scherzo. Allegro vivace

3.      Poco andante

4.      Finale. Allegro assai
